At Care Horizons, we’re dedicated to helping people in West Birmingham, including Sutton Coldfield, Smethwick, and Halesowen, live happy, independent lives in the comfort of their own homes. Whether you or a loved one need help with everyday tasks, support with managing complex conditions like autism or learning disabilities, or assistance with mental health challenges, our caring team is here to provide the tailored support you or your loved ones need.

Our approach goes beyond basic care—we focus on helping you maintain your independence, improve your quality of life, and feel connected to your community.

From 24/7 care services to mentoring that builds confidence and life skills, and even practical help like decluttering or gardening, we’re here to make life easier and more enjoyable.

Kieran Kaur, our dedicated care specialist, leads our efforts with expertise, compassion, and a commitment to putting people first.

We’re all about supporting you or your loved ones practically and compassionately, whether that means offering practical help, emotional support, or simply making everyday tasks a little lighter.

We’d love to hear how we can help you or your family. Let’s work together to create a care plan that fits your life perfectly!

I always feel relieved after a session with you!

Services We Provide

Mental Health

Mental illness refers to a range of conditions that affect a person’s thoughts, emotions, behaviour, and overall mental and social well-being.  These conditions can disrupt daily functioning, impair relationships, and detrimentally impact quality of life.

24/7 Care

Our 24/7 Care Services are available for adults of all ages, living in Southwest Gloucestershire.  Working in teams of two, our carers provide round the clock support and care, either on a permanent or respite basis.

Learning Disabilities

Learning disabilities affect the way individuals process and understand information. These conditions can impede learning in various areas such as reading, writing, mathematics, and reasoning skills, despite normal intelligence and adequate educational opportunities.

Autism & Aspergers

Autism is a complex neurodevelopmental condition, characterised by difficulties in social interaction, communication, and repetitive behaviours, and varies widely in presentation and severity.  Our team is highly trained and experienced.
